Just a reminder about this event, starting in Auckland from September 4th ...

"See Steve Burgess' vintage Star Wars collection at Highwic House, 40 Gillies Ave, Newmarket, from 4th Sept (Fathers Day) until 7th October (after the school holidays). Hours: Wed - Sun 10.30am - 12.00 and 1.00 - 4.30pm. Normal adult entry fee, children free with an adult.

Movie magic will combine with heritage toys in a one-off display at Highwic, the Historic Places Trust property in Epsom, on September 4th.

A vintage collection of Star Wars action figures dating back to the original 1977 movie, and including characters from subsequent Star Wars movies, will be on display for a special exhibition. "

I went to this on Sunday afternoon ... it was OK, although nothing earth shattering. there was a fairly decent collection of original and new SW toys, although, confusingly, they were kinda mixed up a bit. a few nice things, like some "Ewoks" figures, an original Yak Face, original Rancor etc. umm ... yeah. there's my one sentence review.

I'm not going to the bother of reading a one sentence review. Can you please just give it a rating out of 5 for me?

Hey guys. It's been a long long while, but I'm back.

Hope all's well. I cant wait til Wednesday when we finally get Ep3 on DVD. It'll beat the crappy divx rip I've got, thats fo sho'.

Just a quick question, can anyone enlighten me on this:

I overheard a six year old telling has mum all about the scene where the B'Omarr monk made his short appearance, this coming from the article http://swnz.dr-maul.com/moretext.php?request=20050917

Hope all's well, and be on the lookout for the Easter Egg where Yoda's rappin with/to the Roots track 'Dont Say Nuthin'. George isnt without a sense of humour.
