So CO how about this weather?

On the one hand (baby) I am glad the rain stopped before I had to go anywhere.


On the other hand (me) I am sad that the rain stopped before I had to go anywhere.

 

It has been nicely cooler the last few days but really, really humid.

 

We are covered by a layer of fog, very "alien abduction-y" again.

now that I'm back in it's all overcast. Ahhhh!
It's always the opposite of what I want on my days off.
Too hot, too cold, rainy...

 

it was really really hot today, it was the first time in a while i have been sweating just from being outside.

 

Hot and humid, cold and humid...stinkin humid!! My hair is all frizzy and my allergies are out of this world. This is supposed to be Colorado, not the rain forest! Stinkin global warming.

 

Now it's all nice and cool. Oh well.
Fall will be here soon enough.

 

I can't believe it is raining again. Enough is Enough! I have had it with all of this bleepity rain during this bleepity summer!

Even though it's just a month away,
it gets me in the Halloween mood.

 

this weather could atleast have waited until my fan was out of my window and my window was closed, cause it was and still is DAMN cold in my room.

 

I really wanted to put out my Halloween decorations yesterday. I love fall!!!

And we had fog here yesterday morning. FOG!!! We never get fog. It was cool.

 

weather. feh. jsut got back from atlanta. it was so humid. i hid indoors most of the time for fear of drowing just walking down the street.

and it rains so much down there. that city never dries out.

Mid 60s at night, low 80s during the day.

Going to get cool for the weekend - only mid-high 60s, Great weather for our Renaissance Fest!

 

We almost moved to MN once. Now I just feel this pang of jealousy every time I think of your beautiful green grass and trees and nice cool weather.

Well, at least here it's TARANTULA SEASON!!!!!!!!

I can pick you up a few on my way home. The seem to cross the road out here around 5-5:30...but they don't crunch when you run them over. Or I keep missing them.

 

They're all pretty tame. You could probably send him a nice package through priority mail. Make sure it has some crumpled up tissue paper to keep the little guy from being tossed around too much. He'll use his webbing to turn it into a nice home.

 

well he is still in town for another week. thats a good send off package.

Since I used to be outdoorsy, I still always shake out my shoes (before putting them on) just in case there's a scorpion in one. Does he do that?

You never expect anything to fall out, but wouldn't it be hilarious if one time he did it and a tarantula fell out?

 

Apparently, all the rain raised the water table and our sewer wasn't draining right. So, twice the washer flooded the basement and the whole downstairs smelled like mildew and you could actually feel the mold in the air.

How does one get bleach water into all those little nooks and crannies?

I figured I'd let nature take over for me, so I made 3 buckets of bleach water and dumped them on the floor and walked out of the room. It did the trick, though.

But now the house smells like the YMCA.

lol. I am frankly sick of the freakish weather. Give me fall. A nice dry-ish fall. I hate my allergies, the bugs are abnormally large, the mosquitos are thick (and fluffy, I saw a fluffy cloud of them at my moms!!)

I just want the snow. The fall, the winter...the snow.


Yah.


In the process of slowly moving all of my stuff to my moms. Escape from this mildewy hell is so exciting.
