While at Canter's, I pissed off the waiter by telling to separate our checks after we had ordered (he told me "I wish you had told me that before I wrote this down"). Thus, I believe he spited me by not giving me the bagel I had ordered.

I wasn't charged for the bagel, though. I clearly ordered one (he even asked if I wanted it toasted), but never got it. I don't like making a big fuss over food like that when I'm out (it's not like I went hungry).

And SLG, sorry. It actually does get cold here, but it never really drops below 40 in the daytime (it'll get down in the 20s at night).

 

It's "cold," but it's nothing compared to the winter weather throughout most of the country. I don't understand why anyone complains.

 

Because you get used to it. When I came back from Europe, it was later December/early January. I spent the first 2 weeks here running around in capris and t-shirts since it was so much warmer than Prague. However, within 2 weeks, I was back to SoCal status and thinking it was freezing cold.

So my family is going to go to Disney Dec 28-30 (all three days at the parks) and I've love to be able to spend one of those days with some of you. Is anyone going to be around and want to do a meet up any of those days?
