Actually, motionless you should NOT be. Frozen the muscles become, more painful it is to recover. Use the Force to work through the pain and move as much as you can. Aspirin you should take, if you can. Reduces inflammation and helps pain it does.

Suffer from back spasms I do also. Once you start down that path, forever will it be with you.

 

from the doctor I have returned. Flexeril and codeine I have been prescribed. To the physical therapist I shall go, when three days have passed. Scanned with an MRI I will be. Work tomorrow, I shall not. Call and pester some of you, I shall! For bored I will be.
