    Lookin' forward to the revving up of the continuation myself. Thankfully, the DVR is behaving itself and recording as I DEMAND!!!... ... and then when it doesn't, I'm like the kid who got his toy taken away. :_| :mad: [face_mischief]

    Interesting to see some of Ventress' origin. [face_thinking]

    Agreed. I'm loving this story arc so far. I'm very pleased that they gave the role of Savage to Clancy Brown!

    I wonder what type of martial arts they're using for these fight sequences. It's a nice change of pace to see some great, fast-paced unarmed combat. Well done DF and Co. =D=

    Yeah, Clancy is great! no matter what he does.

    Did you also notice that the look of the Superior (Sith) Mother is based on one of the original concepts for Darth Maul?... but Lucas thought that it was a little too nightmarish. [face_thinking] :-B

    This is an awesome 3 parter! =D=

    Yup. And I was pleased to see they didn't change the design much at all, complete with the floaty shoulder tail thingies. It's funny, but I actually never imagined nightsisters looking like that, more of a druidic look (D&D druidic, sticks and animal skins) and now I can't imagine them looking any other way.

    Sith ghost? Who knows?!? There was an SW Tales comic a while back that imagined him like this:

    [image=http://images.wikia.com/starwars/images/8/84/Visionaries_Darth_Maul.jpg]

    I liked this past trilogy of episodes. It was cool to see those Sith at each others' throats and how they train. Best scene was Ventress and Opress' hand-to-hand combat in the middle one. Very cool stuff and action packed!

    He's alive, but he may be a Sith vegetable drooling in his pudding, so don't count them Dathomirian chickens before they hatch.

    [face_laugh] You think he eats his pudding with a double sided spoon? .....or does the drool simply break the pudding down into slurpable goodness?

    Nice!

    I think he snarls at the pudding and it jumps into his face.

    man, didn't ya just feel awful for the Toydarian King?:eek:

    Hi, I'm Savage, let me slap you around and then snap your neck with my cool new dark side power!

    That was brutal. I was a little surprised that they fully showed Savage choking his brother to death. Sometimes they give the idea with dangling legs in the camera scope but Dayyyyy-um, they gave you the panoramic version. :eek:

    I'm kinda undecided on it. It was cool and interesting, yes. But in some ways it seemed a bit jump-the-shark for traditional Star Wars, if that makes sense.

    I think it will have more impact T, when we watch all 3 parts but the Ep did thrust in pretty fast and BAM! instant dilemma!

    It made me wonder if this story was inspired by the SW Visionaries tale that the Lucasfilm Art Dept put together. They had a segment on the energies of Light and Dark.

    Though their Corporeal/Non Corporeal forms were humanoid, not really sure that the siblings were human or ever were. [face_thinking]

    I hope Qui-Gon shows up again. :D

    ... and what of Savage? I want to see if they followed thru with the Darth Maul Six Million Dollar Cyborg look. [face_mischief]

    What ever happened to the Twilight?

    [image=http://images.wikia.com/starwars/images/6/6e/Twilight.jpg]

    They've been using shuttles and what not, but the Twilight seems to have vanished this season...

    Asoka was quite the little Sith Viper in last night's Ep! She has clearly gained more power under Anakin's tutelage but where will it lead? [face_thinking]

    Though I find it odd that the balance of the Galaxy all hinged on these Force Beings staying balanced. Now that it has been upset, the whole Galaxy is DOOMED? Huh.

    Looks like yet another premonition to Ani's eventual fall in next week's Ep! I don't know about You but sometimes, for being the Chosen One, he's a little dense. I mean, how many times to you need to be shown! [face_mischief]
