Ohio January Meeting

I'd be up for meeting twice, as long as there's sufficient interest.

 

I'm game ... how often do you normally have meetings?

 

No set interval. Its rather sporadic.
We want to make it more regular, though.

First off... Merry Christmas to all ya!

Second, have you ever considered setting up meetings on a alternating month kind way? We've been using this setup in JKOC (3rd Sat of every other month) and while it's not always a perfect science, we just make it look that way , it does allow for some flexability and a little less sporadicity. If one date doesn't work...at least you got a general timeline of when you want to try and get together.

 

I can do that. Just let us know when that is a firm date.

HOwever, my schedule doesn't work in a way that I know that I have that Saturday off every month. And when there are only 3 of us that show up to meetings...

 

January 17th sounds good to me.

17th is good for me. And if Parrysburg works for everyone, that will work for me as well. I'm flexable.

 

Perrysburgh is 40 minutes from home, 10 from work, so its good for me

Hey y'all. I've ben gone awhile but it looks like the 17th in Perrysburg but at what time? I heard/ saw 7:00 but nothing to confirm it, also a specific place in Perrysburg would be nice. It all sounds good to me so far. Looking forward to meeting every one.
Question: Should I be bringing anything or the like?

 

We met at Cracker Barrel last time. Could try someplace else. It seems that the area right off 75 worked well last time. I know there's a Panera there as well as IHOP. Not sure what else may have sprung up there since I was through there last time.

Suggestions?

And I believe that 7PM has been decided on as the time.

Okay. So next Tuesday 7pm at the IHOP in Perrysburg it is.
Now, who is going? If I have an idea, when one of us arrive, then we know how big of a table to ask for.
