I'll try to get the pics up tonight.

I bought a shuttle at Walmart yesterday after work, now I'm in more awe of your work Earwen. It's not as easy as it looks. I can get as far as one ring but attaching and making sure it flips on a new ring, still can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I try to close the loop and it turns into a knot that doesn't slide. Any suggestions.

Thanks all. Well, I get a week "break" in which I will be spending working, studying my spanish, and getting the house a bit more clean. Then, class starts again next week. No rest for a nursing student. :p

I'm so excited, I get to make a sock for a store sample, [face_dancing] it's Noro sock yarn, 50% cotton, mixed with wool nylon and silk :D

the colors are pretty, it'll look nice in a plain stockenete stitch.

Here are the mittens I was telling you about, what do you think?

I started the store sample today and managed to yank the one needle all the way off and I'm thinking nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo I'm not restarting this again. I managed to picked up all the stits without dropping one :D sweet, must be getting better at that. All the stits off the one needle it's a knitters nightmare :p

So to induce nightmares in a knitter, or effective torture, threaten or demonstrate the stits comming off a needle[face_thinking]

*Eats green ice cream with chopsticks* [face_devil]

Your gloves look amazing! Nice job Falcon!

That or slowly unravel line after line of hard work, but you wouldn't want to do that Mitth... because if the knitter got loose he/she would probably come after you. :p

That's what the wall of uncuttable knit vehicle is for. The only through would be for them to undue it stitch by stitch themselves! Thus reinacting their torture [face_devil]

*Grabs a cup of coffee and bowl of coffee ice cream, and then promptly pours the one onto the other*

    So what new?

Or to climb over it... :p

Not much is new. Currently in the middle of the move process. Not into our house (still waiting to hear back on that), but into our interim place.

I've done that more then a few times [face_worried] It's frustrating when you discover the mistake three to four rows above.

There is a way to pick up a stit and work it back in without having to rip back but it involves a crochet hook. It does work though.

I took a friend back to her place almost a year ago one night and her ball of yarn popped out of her bag and back into my car. If I hadn't noticed it and considering it's a sweater. Yards and yards of yarn unravelling while driving down the road. I wonder how far that would go?

It was too nice of a sweater to not say anything. So I told her. We had a good laugh over it.

Are you pouring the coffee over the ice cream or the ice cream over the coffee? Either way it would make it taste good.

Hopefully this is the last move you have to make Earwen. I hope you get the house :)
