May the 4th, change of plans

Darth Vitrious cannot attend the next meeting so meeting at his house is out. Let us all meet at the theater instead. I suggest the orleans and let plan on a "noonish" showing. I would also recommend you get there early and wear a Star Wars T-shirt so we can identify one another.

After that we can all grab something to eat or ....something.

 

BTW this is for the May 4th meeting of course and we are going to see Spiderman. (This was for any new visitors to the forum)

 

Okay, The Orleans is good for us (as in Me, David and Anthony). Any ideas of other activities we can do since the RPG is out?

 

I will be there and i will probably wear the same t shirt unless someone tells me of a place to buy those new AOTC t shirts

 

Well, like babies, there are no Star Wars T-shirts for big guys like me. So, while I won't be wearing a Star Wars T-shirt, I may spend $15 on a Star Wars hat, and retire my New York one.

 

Could we possibly meet at Green Valley Station for Spiderman, because my spiderman promotional artwork is there?? If it is entirely out of the way for everyone I'd understand, just a minor request.

 

I see to have that problem to, all the shirts i saw where at most large and not many where large and i like xl :/

 

I can't make it on the 4th *sniff*. Just got a call from my sister-in-law, she and my brother are coming here from CA to see the motocross races, and I get to babysit my nephew.

Looks like I won't be able to meet anyone until the first showing of AOTC. Oh well. See you on the 16th!

 

Heck green Valley Ranch is actually closer to where I'm comming from anyway. We should really choose soon, so people can plan to be there. Rose, can you get a list of showtimes faster than the papers would get them, for the 4th?

Tickets for spiderman went on sale at the green valley ranch last Friday, so I was told. So, I guess the times are already out. I don't know what they are offhand, but I can find out.

Green valley for the 1:40pm show. Still on the cheap tickets and enough time to still have a meeting after if we want to or grab some food.

That's my vote as the wife of the one who "basically got all this going" and, well, you know, the one who's REALLY in charge!

After that, hoabout we all head over to a mall... any mall, and like just be loud-mouthed Star Wars freaks walking around joking about star wars and pushing Trekkies around? eh?

 

So let me get this straight we are going to see the movie at the green valley ranch station casino at 1:40, and we will all meet at the casino rather then at anyones house, and then after we will do whatever. right?

 

Right, in fact, I have already bought my tickets becuase they are on sale now. So...wear a Star Wars T shirt or something. Get your tickets for 1:40 pm on sat the 4th and we will meet you there. I always sit somewhere around sixth row center. Who is all coming?

Do you really think we won't be able to get tickets for the 1:40 showing if you show up at 1:00? If you think there is a chance of a sell out, then I'll buy my tickets online, but I don't wanna if I don't have to.


Oh, and 6th row/center is good if it's a flat theater, but it's probably Stadium Seating, so somewhere near the top would be better, right?

Does anyone get really annoyed by people who make funny comments during the movie? If someone really hates that, I'll tell Anthony to keep his mouth shut.

 

I have never bought tickets online before, think i can just buy them there. If no anyone want to give me the site for buying tickets online and i can give it a try.
