    Ok. Here is one change among many soon to come. From this post on, only the CR and Co-CR can make official threads. These include department threads, announcements (like this very thread) and any others we deem necessary. As of right now, the other ones are to remain inactive, as I will make new threads. If you have a doubt on whether your new thread is official or not, PM either me or Curtis and we'll let you know.

    Also, here are the new titles agreed on between myself and the Co-CR.
