Mass Meet #1

Bad news. I can't make this meet. It's the end of the semester and I have too much work to catch up on. I can go to the next one, cuz January is the start of the new semster, and things aren't busy in the beginning. Sorry guys. I hope this doesn't ruin our chances of making it "official."

 

I know December is such a busy time with school and the holidays shortly upon us.

Well I would like to get as many people there at the meet as we can.

It is easy enough to change the date of the meet.

How does that hold for everyone else?

Just PM or post here what is a good day for the meet for everyone?

I hate to say it but I don't think I can do the 5th either.

My Brother put together a Poker game Saturday night and it'll run all night.I had promised to go when he first talked about it and really can't back out.

Maybe I'll be able to win enough to treat for lunch at the next meet.

 

You guys have to have at least 3 people come for it to be labeled an "official" meeting. Just so you know Also, I need to get this info up soon so let me know what you guys decide for the final date, etc.

Alright then everyone I am going to cancel the 5th for the first meet date.

I am available for the following dates:
December 11th, 18th, 19th, and 26th for this month.

Please post what dates will work for each individual.
So we can narrow down a solid day for everyone.

I would really like to have everyone there who wants to be there for our first meet.

I am pretty much available every weekend in January.

Sundays are usually okay for me, but Saturdays are very bad.

 

Anytime next month should be good for me.

Let's try to do this on a Sunday if possible.

As of now, Sunday the 16th sounds best for me. I should be able to make any Sunday meet, barring something coming up.

The meet is on Sunday January 16th at my house.

If the weather is nice enough I thought I would grill up some burgers,hot dogs,sausage, etc.
A little taste of summer might brighten up the winter.

Something you guys should know.....I'm just getting over bronchitis. I should be perfectly fine by Sunday, but if anyone has concerns about having a diseased person in the same house, let me know. I have no idea if bronchitis is contaigious or not, but I'd not be too happy about infecting an entire FanForce in one shot.

I'm sure as long as you aren't coughing on (or making out with) anybody, you'll be fine. I'm looking forward to this meet. A winter barbecue is a good distraction from all this crappy weather.
