memory wipe

    hey all are R2 and C3PO going to get their memories wiped clean in ep. 3? That's been bugging me the last couple of days.

    C3PO presumably undergoes a memory wipe between Ep3 and ANH... but I was under the impression that R2D2 has never undergone a memory wipe. That's certainly true in the EU, and I seem to remember someone official from Lucasfilm (Lucas himself) commenting on that as well. That's part of why Artoo is the way it is as time goes on....
