OK. Since I will meet Universal at the front gate at 7pm, jarik33, can you get the tickets for us and we will pay you back once we arrive?

 

Nooo! Curse my extremly bad timing! My family has a house in New Bern, and we left a week ago! Plus, AOTC is out of the theaters everywhere near us now. Why must I be stricken with such an unfair fate?

 

That's too bad. We would be honored if you would join us.

 

No problem, Grilled, i'll probably be there before 7. Will there be anyone else besides you and Universal?

 

If anyone speaks up or contacts me that they are interested in going. So far, it looks like it will just be us three.

 

Unbiversal, it is extremely easy to find Chery Point.

Just go through Havelock down Rte17 (in the direction of New Bern), keep right, you will pass some airplanes on static display near the school. You will also pass the park where we had our first meeting! Rte17 will branch off to the right at a green sign that says Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point. Veer right and just follow that road to a stoplight. Right across the stoplight is the front gate. I will meet you there at 7 sharp! When you come in, don't drive to the gate guard checking ID's. There is a small driveway on the right to go around to the back of the Welcome Center. I will be inside.

 

Ok. I will be there, I'll probably be in Jeans and a Shirt With my Busch Gardens hat.

Also, I might bring with me some designs that I've been playing around with on the Computer.

I think I might have an idea for the site so I'll bring that along as well.

Here is the link for Yahoo Messenger. It's free all you have to do is just go to http://messenger.yahoo.com and download it from there.

Next it will ask you to set up a Yahoo account. The prompt is very self explanitory so you should have no problems setting up a Yahoo account. Once you have an account then log onto Messenger and then click on Add.

There is a section there with three choices. All you have to do is click by Yahoo ID and then add Senator_Amidala to your friends list and that will be me.

Then you can send me a PM whenever my name is lit up on Messenger.

I had a great time seeing Episode II one last time in the movie theater. The theater was decent, but the sound could have been a lot better. I am a big sound system fan! Pretty tame crowd. Not as many "oohs" and "aahs" and usual.

Hi guys, uh...sorry.

I had PME at the staff club and one beer led to about 5 and the mrs was none too pleased since I called at 5 but didn't get home till 7.

The whole getting out of the Marine Corps thing is really setting in and i've been working so much I haven't gotten with the guys in a while so....I just kinda lost it.

Sorry about that.

I'm probably going again tonite and monday.

Whoa! Ep2 has already left the base theater! That was short-lived.

I had planned on catching it one more time!

 

*nods* Well maybe when Star Trek: Nemesis comes out we might have a few more members.

I just hope it comes out before I leave for Michigan for my Sisters Graduation on December 21st.


I am still working on the logos. My computer has been down the past few days so I finally got it working again. Tomorrow the first shall be released.

Grilled should we start piecing together a FAQ section and then submit, because I know that people are gonna think that there's nothing down here for Star Wars fans and there is.

Also any ideas for the flyers?

If you want to post the logos you created in here, that would be cool! I would use those logos for starters.

 

Hey you guys! Long time to see!

Any word on whether Ep2 will be coming back to the base theater? I might be able to stop by.

 

The lady who runs the theatre said it may come back later in the fall, either around Christmas or when the DVD comes out.

She said next time she will put me in the windsock for kids to come take pictures and stuff. I will make sure to work in the Fan Force for the promotion if I am still around and that happens.

Another idea would be able to go to Wal-Mart or K-Mart of Morehead City, or New Bern to promote the Fan Force as well when the DVD is released.

Or even On-Cue in Morehead City. That sounds like it'd be a great opportunity. Even on Halloween volunteer at an Elementary school and take kids trick or treating. I know that I might do that here in Brandywine Bay and take one of my lightsabers that I got for Episode II with me.

I don't do the haloween thing though.

 

Yeah, I mean truthfully if we can get some flyers going than perhaps the Fan Force can be saved.

Not to mention the fact that we have been kindly invitied to a State Fan Force Gathering.
