I was tempted to find out who jimmy is many times, but managed to control myself. I will be surprized when I read the book.

It's better that way.

 

Okay, I really don't care about spoilers when it comes to upcoming books, so I really didn't mind reading a few spoiler threads like "Jimmy is going to die" threads. Anyway, I asked "Who is Jimmy" and the answer I recieved really shocked me, and now I wish I hadn't asked. Damn my eyes!! I know who Jimmy is!!!

 

I know who Jimmy is, and while I was first upset to have found out, having now read the book, I am glad that I did. I would have been in a deep depression otherwise, and it would have ruined the book. Instead, I was prepared, and was still able to enjoy the book, even though it was sad.

 

Jimmy is as Jimmy does.
Jimmy is dead.
Jimmy...does...dead?

YOu people make it hard to avoid spoilers... Jimmy I think now, is a code name for a character. Why they chose the name "Jimmy" puzzles me. They think he bears a resemblement to Jimmy Fallon of SNL? That's the only Jimmy I can think of...

 

Although the passing of Jimmy is sad, I'm kinda glad I know who he is. Now, I can drop hints all over the place, like I am right now. Analyze this paragraph closely and I think you can figure it out. Keep the secret to yourself when you find it. If you can, I'll give you a cookie. No, not an oatmeal one; a chocolate chip one.

Really? I think my clue is very subtle.

 

Naah. I mean, c'mon, "Not an oatmeal one; a chocolate chip one"? That right there a telltale sign of the nature of the teaser. Oh, well. I wonder how many figured it out?

 

I haven't actually read any of the "Jimmy" threads, so I wasn't sure who he/she was, but I got a general feel from all the other threads as to who it was. Bib, I gave your little puzzle a go just to confirm my suspicions.

 

OMG I just looked at that puzzle and figured it out. Damn and I was good not to try and find out and here on the day I'm getting the book I find out. For those that wish to know look at all the capital letters. For those that don't,don't give it a second thought. Really it was simple. Wow at least I know it will be good.

Jimmy was just dropped like that when the original few 'spoiled people' started to talk about it, whereas they weren't supposed to. It has no real signification.

I"m spoiled!!! i was good and didn't find out for months, now only a few days before i get my book, i READ YOUR POST!!!!!!! stupid me, i looked at the first letters of the last few sentences and my imagination took it from there.
