I haven't seen a spider droid since June. I picked mine up right away because the store I first saw it at only had one left.

 

At this point, all I'm really interested in are the action figures. And of those, primarily the clonetroopers. I think collecting is finally out of my system.

 

I saw ample amounts of Gree, Bly, and the Wookiee Commando in my Target today (Arlington, TX).

There was also like a couple shipments worth of green clones...I should have picked some up and ebayed.

Also, the Toys R' Us Obi-Wan blue SF is pretty old. Though it may still be on amazon.com. It wasn't that rare.

But the freakin' PKloon machine....when is Target going to release that?!

Anyone having any luck with that?

After reading NIR's message above, I mistakenly thought he was talking about the target in MY town, Arlington, VA. But once I figured it out, I still decided it was worth a try to go down to my local Nemoidian Warrior Distribution Center and see if they had anything new. JACKPOT!!!

They had so many new ones I had to pass. I picked up Gree, Bly, Wookie Commando, and Passel Argente. I didn't get a generic green Clone Commander or Nemoidian Commando or Shu Mai's assistant.

Very pleased. They also had several clone 3-packs but I passed on that, too.

Are the red shock troopers or blue clones from the Temple assault released as figures, yet? I really want those two.

The clones are still one of the coolest AF's to collect. I loved in AotC when for the first time there were color designations for them. For years all we had was the orange patch on the shoulder for the sandtrooper.

 

Are they going to come out with the camoflauge troopers?

 

Like the one's on Kashyyyk? The commander's either about to be released or in stores already.

 

Yeah, the green troopers. I haven't seen him.

 

The only Kashyyyk troopers available are Clone Commander Gree (though the figure looks nothing like him) and the super-unposeable PT Scout Trooper included with the Barc Speeder. You can't even get this guy to stand upright. All of Gree's troops were camoflauged Scout Troopers and there is currently no sign of them appearing in a more usable form at this point with Hasbro.

They don't even really look like the Clones in the movie...

 

I?d say the AT-RT drivers look pretty close.

You're right, I forgot about the AT-RT drivers. But the Scout Troopers made up most of his forces and he's only available as an inarticulate blob.

Some of the custom Grees on Ebay have looked better than that one. Is that really what it looks like?

Anyone know of any intentions to release a BARC speeder that actually has a BARC trooper instead of a Kashyyyk trooper, perhaps Commander Neyo? I think the Target clone looks a lot like Neyo except for the helmet.

 

No word at all about any more Clone Commanders besides the promised Commander Cody. Neyu and his troopers wore armor with the same markings as the Target Clonetrooper, but with a highly specialized helmet.

Sad to say, it looks like I'll be buying Obi-wan and Bail all over again just so I can get a little blob of plastic that calls itself baby Luke or Leia.

 

The thing at Target is a Vader head cookie jar. Very cool. for 14.99. The two smaller things are a Chewie and Yoda bowl heads with M&M's.

As long as this thread is about toys, does anyone know why there aren't that many items with Qui-Gon Jin? Example: there is no master replicas mini or full size saber for him, no plush, no Mpire, no Galactic Heroes, no Unleashed, and the like. I have the whole sets of all these plus hundreds of figures from the PT to the OT, vehicles, mugs, stickers, puzzles, chess set, SW monopoly and oh, I could go on, but none of these sets has Qui-Gon. He's missing, and I'm wondering why? Is Lucas in a snit with Liam or something and just is not authorizing any Qui-Gon stuff or what. Any heads up would be appreciated. Didn't know where else to take this question so thought this was as good a place as any. Thanks.
