NorthEast Please Help Support the 2007 NE Fanforce Awards ~ Donations needed please help- updated 4-18-07

am starting a little earlier this year so I am not scrambling for figures like last year.

Every year I do the NE Fanforce awards. This year we are having it in Pittsburgh again. The Pittsburgh FF chapter did such a tremendous job so I was delighted when they offered to host it again!

I am looking for figure donations to make the trophies with.

As some of you may know I fund the awards cost myself (figures,supplies, engraving etc)and any help I can get with donations is always a bonus

The figures I am looking for is as follows:

R2D2- Have
C3PO - have
Yoda -have
Vader - still need
Luke (have)
Padme (have) Need another one
Leia (have)
Han (have)
Chewie. (have) need more than one
Amidala - have
Obi-wan have

I am not particular on which ones they are. If u think they would look great as a trophy please drop me a PM.

You forgot Mon Mothma for the Events Award. Which is an odd thing for you to forget, since you won it last year

 

LOL I didnt know we were keeping that one LOL I thought it was because I was just "special"

We can keep that one too.

Are we adding the Fanfic award this year? if so we will need a figure suggestion for that one

 

Is there a figure for the librarian? That's the first figure that comes to mind for a fanfic award.
If not, maybe an EU figure as a lot of fanfic is sort of EU?

The librarian would be great if there is an actual figure for her, however looks like we may have to have a vote this year for a few figures

 

How about the Library Droids from the AOTC deleted scenes? One 2-pak would do 2 years worth...

I would like to have those to me as soon as possible but as far as a deadline..... I dont want to say I wont take them after a certain date.... but so we can make sure we have all the trophies finished and "dry" before the awards I would appreciate them all by March 1st

It would be nice to have those over and done with with time to spare as I need to focus on other aspects of the awards too

About the figure donations you're looking for. Are you looking for carded or loose figures? If loose is alright, I should be able to hook you up with atleast one figure. LMK what your specific needs are.

Im happy to get anything. However I did want to focus on older versions of the figures. I managed to pick up a few vintage ones at a recent con for cheap. This is the 30 yr anniversary so I though it would be nice to mix old with new

I am in awards mode tonight and all weekend so lok for updates and a list soon of what i will need.
I am gathering everything now.
