Well, well. What a big turn out that was. Just Kart and me. Richelle, sorry that I got your PM when I got home, so I have no idea if you where there or not. I'm sure another opportunity will pop up for a meet sometime.

Before the gates even opened, Kart and I were being totally stupid and dribbling rubbish like:

You should have seen the looks on everyone's faces!

There was a couple who had some master replica lightsabers and were playing around with them before the movie started. Two blue, one green, one purple and one red! They also had a mock fight during the Palpatine arrest/fight! They were also filming their own fan film, so Kart tells me.

I did the next best Star Warsy thing and finished reading Outbound Flight, which is set about 5 years after Episode 1 and introduces Commander Mitth'raw'nuruodo to the Republic.

 

Bummer about the lack of support. You know I would have been there if I was in town. Next time I'm down we'll catch up.

 

I know you would have come Steve, but everyone else who said they were coming, did a no show. Oh well, I may consider going to another meet, depending on numbers.
