So many but I'll try to point out the ones that stuck out the most.

    - Obi-Wan and Anakin jumping out of their ships with lightsabers drawn
    - The look on Dooku's face when he is betrayed
    - Padme telling Anakin she is beautiful because she is so in love [face_love]
    - The opera scene with the whole explanation of Palpatine's past and his master's discovery of a new power
    - Mace vs. Palpatine and then vs. Anakin
    - Palpatine executing order 66 and Yoda's sadness from the pain of fallen Jedi :_|
    - Anakin slaughtering the younglings
    - Palpatine announcing the new Empire
    - Palpatine vs. Yoda (seems like EVERYTHING with Palpatine was awesome)
    - "I HATE YOU!" followed by the burning of Anakin's body :(
    - The Frankenstein-like scene of Vader's creation
    - On-board the Tantive IV with Capt. Antilles
    - Seeing the twins for the first time

-The whole first sequence. I heard some didn't like the humor but I LOVED it (except for one "joke", but I'm not 100% what it actually was now). I wish C-3PO could've somehow been up there with R2.
-Dooku's glance at Palps when he's about to be killed...
-Darth Plagueis...create life out of the FORCE? OMGWTF!11!!! :D
-Palpatine side-glancing at Anakin's reactions when he's at Mace Windu's...ehem..."mercy"....
-Palpatine's weird looks at Artoo - what was that?
-Order 66...an anti-favorite, if you catch my meaning.
-Younglings...I was spoiled about it, but I never, ever would've guessed that it would be "implied" so clearly!
    -Yoda leaving Kashyyyk. E.T. anyone?
    -Every duel.

Too many to count! Might be easier to do least favorite scenes, I can count those on one finger.

Ah, another one I forgot. C3PO and the news of getting his memory wiped. Never guessed it'd be that he'd be "Oh no"-ing in the ads.

Loved the fact that R2 doesn't get a wipe.

I also loved the entire beginning battle. It was just great fun, and it had the whole audience (and me) laughing.
    Obi-Wan, Anakin and R2, what a team!

The entire Grievous character. I just loved him. He's not scary or anything, but he's just so evil... in a funny way. A coward that will fight when cornered. And the cough cracked me up everytime.

Anakin apologizing to Obi-Wan for his behaviour. Good acting here, and just a warmth of the relationship. It's sad knowing how it will end. Very sad.

Mace vs Palpatine (though I think the other jedi got killed to easily). This scene just left me scarred. Palpatine is so slimy... all acting like a really weak and pathetic old man. Ugh... It really got to me.

Seeing the jedi killed. Another sad sequence.

Obi-Wan and Yoda returning to the Jedi academy in ruins.Yoda's reaction to the younglings deaths... heartbreaking.

The scene that finally made my tears flow. The scene between Obi-Wan and Padme. Good acting again here, and Obi-Wans line when he leaves... sad sad sad.

Anakin force choking Padme.... :( Why Anakin, WHY?

Obi-Wans speech when Anakin is injured near the lava... It's so sad, seeing what Anakin has been reduced to.

Padme calling out "Luke!" and "Leia!" when giving birth. Kind of cheesy, but I think it really works when in the Star Wars universe. I feel so sorry for Padme in this movie...

Darth Vader taking his first breath... Heavy stuff.

The ending. I was actually hoping that we'd end with a shot of Obi-Wan walking away across the desert or something. But Beru and Owen works very well too.
The shot of Obi-Wan really made it for me though.

    So many amazing scenes:

    -Anakin choking Padme
-Anakin's betrayal of the jedi and then Palpy frying Windu
-Order 66 and seeing the Jedi get killed
-The entire final duel between Anakin and Obi-Wan. Especially the dialogue

Those are the scenes that stand out the most right now. My mind is just blown away so I'm probably forgetting a ton of great scenes.

    -Mace vs. Palpatine
-Pretty much the entire rest of the movie after this scene

I don't know if "favorite" is the right word, though, because there were many events here that were almost painful to watch.

The beginning of the movie was really cool too, of course, but just not on the same level emotionally.

    - Order 66
    - Opening space battle
    - the birth of Vader in the suit (when he took his first mechanical breath, the entire theater was dead silent. It truly sent a chill down my spine to hear it so eerie-like)

Oh, there are others, I just can't think of them all right now!

~Obi-Wan looking down at the severely burned and disfigured Anakin, The look on his face "You were like my Brother, I loved you!" You could really see how he had been affected.

~Obi-Wan riding the Lizard, Looked like so much fun!

~When Bail showed up at the Temple and is told to leave by the Clones, and that one Young Padawan jumps out and holds his own...for about 2 seconds, I was so sad to see him fall, I thought he might have gotten away with Bail :(

~Obi-Wan waking up, then clambering onto Anakin when he realized where they were.

~Anakin and Palpatine running down the elevator shaft.

~When Anakin looks up to Obi-Wan looking down at him from the Ships ramp

~Little Leia with Bail and his wife, How cute was she?

~Yoda saying goodbye to the Wookies

~Maces Death, Wow, Did you see the way he stared down Palps? Palpatine looked really scared. Though in my mind it will lead to the question, IF Anakin had not shown up...would sidious somehow have been able to stop Mace from killing him?

~The Little ones hiding in the council room and the one coming forward so bravely and asking Anakin what they should do, that broke my heart.

    Thats just to start! :)

My favourite scene of the whole movie took all of a few seconds. Yoda, the Wookiees, and Clone Troopers. The whole theatre burst into applause as Yoda dispatched the troopers, and then laughs as he climbed up onto... (was it Tarful or Chewbacca that he climbed onto?)

The final shot. Perfect transition to ANH. It's a tall order to end on an uplifting note after an hour of hell, but that shot pulls it off.

The trusting Youngling, and Anakin igniting his saber.

Best implied scene in SW ever. When Yoda discovers the youngling had been run through with a lightsaber, and not blasted... it just completed the mental image of an insane Anakin hacking those kids.

That, and the Youngling kicking Clone butt on the landing pad. Poor kid.

And, of course, from Yoda, my favorite scene that will probably become the longest running SW 'inside sex joke'...

"Good relations with Wookies have I."

Uh, Yoda... something you're not telling us, bud?

    :p

Not sure, there were so many good scenes, so I'm sure this will change, but the one thing that is sticking out in my mind is when Yoda grabbed his heart in agony when Order 66 was being carried out across the galaxy.

    Another two, hope it's coherant:

Seeing that youngling take on the clonetroopers. Said youngling may have died, but I think that one event may have been what tipped the scales for Organa. Sure, he was already suspicious of Palpatine and the clone troopers, and he probably would have helped the Jedi anyway, but I think that one event is what would set the Alliance to Restore the Republic in motion, at least in the form we ended up with. That's just my guess though.

Sidious coming personally to retrieve the wounded Vader, treating him like a protective father. It (along with some dialog in the Yoda-Sidious battle) showed the one true weakness of Sidious, the one that would eventually kill him. Vader was his intended true successor. Maul and Dooku were just pawns, tools to use to set events in motion. Though I doubt Palpatine had any love for Anakin, (he's so obviously evil through and through), there was a type of loyalty there. If that had happened to Maul or Dooku, he would have just let them die and found another apprentice I think. With such loyalty comes trust, and it's the fact he trusted Vader's loyalty that would eventually kill him.

Definitely Chewbacca. And yeah, generated a nice laugh in the audience here as well.

I keep coming back to two quotes that just...
    given their situations and ...
they just made the movie for me.

"Anakin is the father isnt he? . . . I'm so sorry."

I almost cried when I heard that.

but the one that just kills me, right at the end,

    "Where is Padme?"
