Well, it shows Echo and "maybe" Wolffe. So if rumors of this are true, we'll see lots of Plo Koon action.

    I thought that was Fives.

Anyways, more Plo action would be awesome.

I'm very eager to see how things go with Ventress.

If it does turn out that Dooku does attempt to eliminate her, will that mean that she will defect from the Separatists and become an enemy to them, along with the Republic and Jedi? I guess it could potentially play out like that, she seems like the vengeful type and they've hinted she doesn't get along well with Grievous either, so there could be future conflict there too.

    Hevy died. o_O
And no, he most likely cannot be revived because that would have been stupid. The rookies first assignment was at Rishi Station, as per many sourcebooks and the episode guide.

Really looking forward to the Ventress storyline now, though I'm still pretty skeptical about the Randy Savage aspect. Could be he's only a small part of what is reportedly a four-episode arc.

    Mandalorians, most def.

Bane & the Hutts, definitely not.

Ahsoka & Aurra Sing, meh, could go either way.

Yeah, it's not like Bane hasn't worked for the Hutts before. Boba works for Jabba.

I'm just tired of Jabba the Hutt, Tatooine, etc.

Ziro actually doesn't bother me, at least he makes me laugh, but I had enough of him in the TCW film and Hostage Crisis.

I thought Bane was a pretty cool character but he's a bit of a Mary Sue.

I won't mind some kind of actual BOUNTY HUNTING with respect to Threepio, but I don't want an extended plotline with Bane and the Hutts.

I'm not saying they can't pull it off and certainly it will be better than Senate Spy, Bounty Hunters, Senate Murders, et cetera, just seems like we've already visited that storyline before.

I was pretty worried when the initial S3 trailer was like Ahsoka, Sing, Bane and Kamino, but the CV stuff has got me pretty excited.

Also, really, really, really looking forward to:

    (a) Separatist victories or even just dialogue about why they separated;
    (b) discussions about the Jedi Order, the balance of the Force, etc.

Okay, Tatooine is some sandy place, nothing else. Jabba is a Hutt, some snail-like creature. Long story short.

Well the new trailer is definitely cool. I'm not one of those
fans who complained about TCW ruining the Mandalorians, but I'm
a bit concerned that the Dathomir Night Sisters seem so different
from their depiction in the Courtship of Princess Leia novel.

I'm sorry, I bet someone's already complained about that. I thought
it was interesting in the Filoni interviews on the main website he
made it sound like George had a particular vision for the night sisters...
but he didn't originate that concept did he? I mean that was the
author who wrote "Courtship" who came up with that idea. Oh well.

I agree with some above who think we've seen enough of Ziro, Jabba, and
Tatooine. I was pretty bummed to see they are going back to Ryloth again.
It reminds me too much of Geonosis having to be reconquered. Oh well,
it looks like they're going to have a few new planets (Dathomir) and
go to planets we haven't seen yet in the series (Kamino).

Ok, so to get at the reason why this thread was started:

I'm looking forward to the clones, they are definitely one of the
better parts of TCW. There's a good chance of great character development
for them yet again, although this idea of an attack on Kamino has already
been done in the EU, I'm not complaining about seeing it on the big screen.
More Cad Bane is good too. And even Ventris, did I just say that? Yes
seeing her again will be interesting.

Although it seems our heroes didn't feature too prominently in the trailer,
I hope they don't lose sight of Anakin and Obi Wan amidst all of the new villains.

What do we know about Tatooine in Season three?

Also, I'm looking forward to more clone action. As excited as I am for the new armor I'm also kind of sad. I don't think we spent enough time with the old armor and, personally, the new stuff just looks so much more evil. From the look of the trailer it appears we will get somehow a mixture of both old and new. Maybe on Kamino some of the clones have been issued new armor?

I'm looking forward to Cad Bane, more on Ventress' background so this series isn't so tied into the original clone wars cartoon to explain her character, Mandalorians being back and seeing if they head into the big Mando/Jedi battle I've been waiting my whole life just about for. I wouldn't mind seeing more colors on the Mandalorians' armor, either, now that they are back it would be cool to see that, plus a little battle wore armor.

I'm also curious to see how they handle the Dathomir and the nightsisters and, I'll admit it, seeing Darth Maul's brother just so I can talk about it on here because I think it is potentially a jump the shark moment. It's probably a good thing they told us it was coming to soften the blow, no?

Definetly better to know about Darth Goldie in advance. The arc in which he appears might actually be good, but I'd be too dumbstruck to appreciate it if I had just found out that they had come up with Darth Maul's brother for Dooku's new underling.
