    Synopsis:
"Few Star Wars locales have been as pivotal to the epic adventure as Tatooine. Secrets of Tatooine offers gamemasters information and adventures about the planet through all three Star Wars eras, including brand new information that has never appeared anywhere."

    A wonderful sourcebook.

Wiker does an excellent work by recapping all the EU tidbits about the Desert Planet. No continuity screw-ups. Tatooine's history is really interesting and Wiker knows how to make it enjoyable.

The maps aren't extremely good, but still playable. The art is poor, but that's what I've come to expect from WOTC softcovers.

Mos Entha is nice. JD picks up many different characters, like Lady Valarian or Bib Fortuna, and updates them to the NJO era.

The Podrace mechanic, even if not really important, is really funny and could be used for swoop races or bike chases a la ROTJ.

But, the best thing about this book is that is filled with IDEAS. Every paragraph has a potential adventure hook, every character has a cool background. We could say that this is the Tatooine Campaign Setting.

Overall, 9/10 (perfect as a RPG sourcebook, exactly what I expect, but with low-quality art)
