    Hi everyone,
"Obi-Wan" here from Young Jedi Niarara. Does anyone know if Star Wars Burgers is a real resturant or even SW related? I found it thru the Toronto.com web site when I searched for Star Wars stuff. If it is a SW resturant then a road trip sounds like a good idea. Here's the address: Star Wars Burgers 723 Kennedy Rd. At: Eglinton Ave. Scarborough.

    Warrior,
Were did you get all those food dish names? I laughed for an hour over them. They will go great at the bar-b-q we are planning for the opening of Episode II. If you came up with them can I use the names? If you didn't where can I find them?
    Funny stuff, Joshua!!!

    Aunt Berutabagas!

Yeah, that was my friend (He shows up once in a while Rebel_Skum) and I on the walk home from the comic book store, and you're more than welcome to them. Royalties may run as high as a hamburger though ;) (For more names we refused to quote on ethics, look at the Wookiee Cookie CookBook, it's got 10-15 good ones, lesse, there's Jabba Jello, Han-Burgers, Greedo Burritos, and Yoda Soda, I think that was it)

PS I'll write up the rest as I remember them!

Star Wars Burgers is a little dive off to the East side of Toronto that, I believe, opened up in '77 and has somehow managed to avoid being picked up on the radars of Lucasfilms lawyers.

I've never actually gone in -- and it has been a little out of the way to serve as a staging grounds for a Fan Force gathering -- but it proudly advertises its goat meat burgers in the windows. Anyone got the craving for yummy yummy goat burgers?

TOO OUT OF THE WAY??? TOO OUT OF THE WAY???
We had sandwich at the LA line up, Nina, Scott Maple and I at the Star Wars conventions in Denver and the troopers goin' to DragonCon and you consider Star Wars Burgers to out of the way. Your...your kidding right? I mock in your general direction.

Pointing across the room at Tragic who is surfing the internet on his computer and jeer: "Mock, mock, mock!"

I for one, do not and will not, consider Scott Maple as a member of the line/Fan Force.

Let his name be stricken from the record and never mentioned again.

    Thank you.

    lol...

Well there seems to definitely be a growing interest in StarWars Burgers that we never were able to generate before -- so how about a consensus. Should we make a trip for goat burgers into an official FanForce event?

I'm up for it if you all are. Over at the TorontoLine forum, I've started up a poll to see what day you all want to do this http://www.delphi.com/TorontoLine/messages?msg=449.1
(just don't be dissapointed is all -- the only thing about this place that's SW related is the name)
