Evan, IN T-shirt orders

For those who weren't present, we approved the t-shirt design at the GM. The final cost for the shirt will be $13.00 a piece (I'm adding 60 cents to actual total of $12.40, just to give us some wiggle room in case we can't quite get the 12 they quoted for me). As treasurer, Chuck will handle the money side of things. Chuck must have all orders, including money, by May 31. You can either mail him a check, or send him money on Paypal (which will cost a dollar extra, to reimburse him for the transfer fee). PM him for his mailing address or Paypal account. We won't order extras, so if you don't get your order in on time, you'll have to wait until our next order.

Cole, if you don't mind, please post a pic of the finished artwork so everyone who couldn't attend the meeting can see it.

Good question, and I guess the answer would be whenever there's interest. To be honest, we hadn't thought that far ahead. If I were you, I'd see if my good friend Stacky would loan me the $13 and get one this time...

Still, there are those of us going to CIV and cash is in short supply. Which is why I believe it was the end of june that was discussed.

I thought we were talking about May, but it's entirely possible I interpreted wrong. I don't care either way. Cole, care to chime in? Were we talking about the end of June, and I misinterpreted?

 

It was my understanding we were talking about the end of May, just a little less than three weeks after the meeting. That would give CIV people a chance to get back in town and get their order in.

I remember us talking about turn around time and possibly having them for the June Meeting or Collectors Club.

 

It was May 31st. This way people can get back from CIV and sell blood to get a t-shirt.

 

I made this sticky until after the deadline, just so it'll be easier to find.

 

Ok, executive decision time: since Chuck's been gone for the last week, I'm going to extend the deadline for t-shirt orders two weeks until June 15. He no doubt needs the extra time, given that trying to get your life back in order after a week-long vacation is always tough. I know I've been unable to contact him to get his address to send him the money; I'm sure I'm not alone. However, this is a one time extension. We will absolutely stop taking orders on June 15.

Hey all,

Looks like we have about 5 days to go until the T-Shirt money is due. A friendly reminder to order and pay for your shirts if you are going to. I'm just hoping we have enough orders to get the shirts. I didn't see it in the minutes (no biggie) so I just wanted to inquire/remind.

Got it! Okay that's three now who else is in? Remember the only order is a PAID order. We don't wanna wind up like those poor schmoes over in LA that ordered $1600.00 dollars in supplies for badges and then got hung with 'em 'cause everybody backed out at the last minute.
