I'd agree with this, provided enough effort was put in each time. There would - of course - be some who would not like whichever theme was chosen, but conversely there would probably be enough people who would play along and have a lot of fun with it for one day.

Although, I suspect one of the reasons TLAPD was so successful for a short period was that it actually was a day outside of the JC's own schedule. It wasn't just something we'd just randomly decided to dig. I think that was notable factor.

 

There's always the AmazingB Awareness Month.

 

Now that deserves its own banner.

 

I (assume) Dave was being sarcastic, but this is the kind of thing that would be fun. AmazingB Awareness Month was started as a joke but has turned into a great inside joke here. Something like that as a theme day/week/whatever would be fun. I don't want us trying to run a 'holiday' into the ground when people aren't getting the fun out of it they used to.

 

I think a 'Hate on Tunick Day' would have great success.
