Technically, yes, but I'd be really chuffed if Everton got out of a Europa League group. A defeat at Zenit would be nothing to feel ashamed about.

So uh... is Gareth Bale the only player allowed to score for Tottenham these days? :p

i would love Fergie to have a bid in the summer. we were gonna spend £30m+ on Hazard/Moura. £40m might do the trick.

he does love a winger, and there's not many better wingers going around at the moment.

Madrid will be sniffing too, obviously.

I'm not sure Bale is a winger anymore.

Yeah, wasn't someone comparing him to Ronaldo recently? And that he's getting his type of free role?

What a dreadful night for the BuLi last night, two losses and two draws. Good thing Champions League has gone well or Serie A wuold have a good chance of making up some ground.

Aye. I'm disappointed we didn't score at least, but not at all surprised that Zenit won. They've simply got a better squad and traveling to Russia is hard at the best of times.

not really sure why Wenger is playing a weakened side at this stage of the FA Cup, when it's his only realistic chance of silverwear.

that being said, they should still have put away Blackburn. lol @ Arsenal

Bale is immense atm, would be great if United did sign him. He could easily play a free advanced midfield role instead of being an all-out winger. That way we could still play Young & Zaha along with him and whatever DM we buy (hopefully Vidal)

No disrepect, Everton, but the best result would be Oldham going though

Lampard now Chelsea's leading scorer in the F.A. Cup. 4 more goals to be Chelsea's #1 overall.

Michael Owen is perhaps the most boring person on the planet. It's like listening to the talking clock reading a match report.

So Mancini has been the best manager in England over the last 15 months. In the gospel according to Roberto.

Even without being in a job, or indeed the country, Rafa is the best manager. Since his arrival at Chelsea his stock can only have risen. Roberto doesn't have a clue, poor lamb.

They are strikers, they can both play. Rooney has a roving forward role not a midfield one.

Yeah, I think Bale would be in the roving forward role.

Which only furthers my view that Kagawa will be surplus to requirement sooner rather than later.
