Yes, we will be leaving these shallow walls, and onto new things, presumably the new board soon.

So write stuff to say about it. Make it funny, moving, or just plain random.

Since I listened to Rolling in the Deep, I changed the lyrics for this occasion. Use the song and imagine the lyrics to it.

It used to be called Your Jedi Council Community
Had a lot of bandwidth, so much it exceed
Finally it had to move, could not stay here
So no more Anakin jokes saying it isn?t fair
We wish we could leave with every thread we did
Especially the threads that lasted for several years

It was a forum for a bunch of weirdos

No but in all seriousness, reflect on the time you've spent here. What you will miss about it in a song, rap or whatever you do in a special way.

I registered in 2007 here. So..5 years here I've spent. More of you have had longer. Surely you must have something to write about it? Or...show about it.

Does anyone seriously express themselves by juggling? Is there a deep, symbolic juggler somewhere speaking truth to power?

Is juggeling a different art form that I am just not familiar with?

 

though juggling by itself carries no inherent morality, the thoughtful person who practices this ancient rite often comes to draw analogies where none were seen before. perhaps any activity, pursued with dedication, discipline, and passion will lead to such analogies between the beloved activity and (what we imagine to be) the True Principles of All Reality. jugglers can find their own special metaphors for their own brand of metaphysics:

Objects fly through the air, stars wheel through the universe. All fall eventually. If we become obsessed with definitively mastering the decline, we are lost. If we achieve peace within the intervals of rising and falling, we find grace.

 

I saw Julian Lennon in concert in 1986, and his opening act was a juggler. True story.

 

You could read Lord Valentine's Castle. I would tell you the author if I remembered, but it's been decades and I've forgotten, mercifully.
