    I never watch anything on VHS. If I watch Star Wars, which I haven't since 1999, I watch them on Laserdisc.

    <whisper of guy who thinks he's smarter than he actually is>
    Ooh! Ooh! I bet it has something to do with Episode III coming out that year.
    </whisper, etc.>

    Seriously, what's up with that?
    I resolved not to watch the OT at all during mid-'96-to-start-of-'97 so the SEs on the big screen would be a little bit fresh to me, but THIS is something else...

    Rick McCallum loves you!

    Wait, so maybe we could use the power converters to actually watch the beta versions?

    or maybe we need them so that TLJ will be able to watch anything on our American TV. Silly Europeans with their different systems...

    //hands power converters to TLJ//

    just hold 1 in each hand, and everything should be ok... ;)

    I decided not to watch Episodes 4, 5 and 6 until after Episode 3 comes out so that when I finally do watch them as a set from 1 to 6, the later films will seem as fresh and new as is possible for someone like me who has seen them hundreds of times.

    Blast, I love many Twilight Zone episodes! I don't see them on much. I was thinking of ordering a dvd or two of that. I suppose I could check the listings...maybe the Sci-Fi Channel, perhaps! Anyhow, New Year's Eve is for crankin' music and good food and grog...

    All lights off, a nice fire going, many candles lit...

    (Getting a feel like Bag-End...or Yoda's hut? :))
