Badgers just need to make some shots for a change

 

Duke just looks like a much more complete team with Ryan Kelly back in the lineup. We're peaking at just the right time, but we have to be careful and not grow complacent if we don't want to get upset in the ACC tourney!

And, with that one missed put-back, Michigan drops all the way to the 5-seed, and has to play a first-round game in the B1G Tournament.

Current projections show Ohio State as a 2-seed. They should be able to maintain that (if accurate) as long as they don't go 1-and-done in the B1G tournament. That shouldn't be an issue, with either Purdue or Nebraska as their first opponent.

 

OSU would beat Purdue easily. I only watched two Purdue games, but they just did not play well at all.

Predictions for who wins the tournament?

 

The B1G? I like Ohio State.

As much as I like Ohio State, I still think IU is the team to beat.

So do I, Bale. I think Michigan and Michigan State are also contenders. IU beat them both twice, but not by much. Ohio State has a decent chance, too.

 

That's not just me being a homer ... Ohio State is the team last likely to beat themselves. Plus, the B1G tournament is the biggest prize they have a realistic shot at winning. More likely to be 100% up for it. Indiana is, in my opinion, one of the two favorites to win the NCAA tournament.

 

It was pretty obvious that was going to happen once the "Catholic 7"split off. The question now is what happens to UConn. Not one of the Cathlic 7, no indication that the ACC or B1G is interested.

IU, OSU, and Wisconsin are still in. IU seems to have a hard time beating Wisconsin; I was actually hoping for Michigan to win that game.

Ideally, it'll come down to IU vs. OSU on Sunday.

Fans of Kentucky and Tennessee (among others) find themselves strangely rooting for Memphis.

 

Apparently! IU has some sort of Wisconsin complex. I'd really hoped we'd be playing Michigan.

So, I guess go OSU!
