Hey Everyone, I posted over in the Fan Film thread, and have lurked on here and the website for a long, long time. So I figured it was about time I introduce myself!

General Star Wars stuff:

How long have you been a SW fan? Since 1995, with the "Last Time Ever" VHS release.

Describe your first SW movie experience: Which movie? When? Where? I saw the advertisements for the "Last Time Ever" VHS when I was twelve or so and figured as much as I heard about Star Wars, it was about time to watch it. Unfortatnly my local Blockbuster only had Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi and they were in horrible condition. Still I watched Empire and was amazed. The graphics were even good for 1995!

Which is your favorite SW movie? I have to pick one? Uhh.. Empire, because life is a series of down endings.

Favorite character? R2-D2 is the MAN... well droid.

Other SW interests? (collecting, gaming, costuming, fan fiction, books/comics/EU, etc.) I just started reading Shadows of the Empire which I love! It's just such a vast universe it's almost intimidating to get more involved with. But I'm working on it.


About you:

What other interests/hobbies do you have outside of SW? Well I'm a filmmaker. I work with a local Media Co Op and do some stuff by myself as well. I love to write, both screenplays, rants, and short stories. I love videogames, Kevin Smith films, Comics, 80's Metal, "Six Feet Under", Nascar, Hockey, ahhh I could be here all day.

Favorite TV show(s)? I rarely ever watch TV, but I do like "Six Feet Under".

Favorite movie(s)? It's almost impossible to list even my top 100 but some I like are : American Beauty, The Holy Trilogy (Of Course), All Kevin Smith flicks, Garden State, Collateral...

Favorite book or author? I'm a big Chuck Palahniuk fan! Choke, Fight Club, Invisible Monsters all rule! I also just read A Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy which was hilarious.

Favorite song or artist? I'm a big Poison fan, Bloodhound Gang, Queen, Eminem, Evanescence, Thomas Newman.

When? I was about 4, so it had to be 1979-1980
Where? At the summer drive in with a friend of mine from daycare and his family (obviously since we couldn't drive.)

I have been a SW fan since ANH first came out in 1977. I will be coming with Salvador this weekend to movie night to watch ANH on the big screen.
