Good luck to the Patriots. They have many fans down here in CT. Enough to warrant a mention in church this morning. One of the new lectors who was being trained this morning was wearing a Patriots jersey and during the homily, the preist mentioned the girl wearing the jersey and said that it was a sign that the Patriots were going to do well today because the jersey was the first thing he saw when he came into the church. :)

I picked up my hat and shirt today, living two minutes away from the Silver City Galleria is pretty sweet.

I'm telling you, all these championships are starting to get expensive. It almost makes me envy Philly. ;)

What an unbelievable game!!! Congrats to the NE Patriots for winning two in a row and three in the last four years =D=!!!!!!

The Eagles played on hell of a game. They had me a little nervous after that last TD drive [face_worried], but the defense kept it together.

It's really something to think that the Sox finally won the World Series and the Pats win the Superbowl in the same year. Anyway, congrats again to the Eagles and their fans and yes... maybe we'll see eachother again next year.

You can order framed reproductions of the covers from SI. I have been ordering all of the local covers they have done over the years. I have about 7 right now but it seems like very few weeks a Boston team is on the cover so that too is getting to be too expensive.

All this Sports success is starting to interfere with my Star Wars collecting.

    Good news!!!

Eric Mangini will be staying with the New England Patriots and be the new Defensive Coordinator.

He is replacing Romeo Crennel who has taken the head coaching job with the Cleveland Browns this past week.

We are looking and feeling alot better in Patriots Nation with this information.

Now we just need to see who will be the Offensive Coordinator and get through the draft in April.

Also the talk about the salary cap will be coming up again soon too.

What would be the salary cap if there was one?

Scott Pioli ,Patriots Vice President of Player Personnel turned down an offer from the Seattle Seahawks for 5 years at 15 million dollars.

Pioli will stay on with the Patriots until his contract expires which runs through to the 2006 draft.

And in other news Jeff Davidson who was the the Patriots tight ends and assistant offensive line coach
is heading to the Cleveland Browns to work under Romeo Crennel as the Browns' Offensive line coach.

That leads me to believe that Davidson may not have been considered to take Charlie Weis' job as O Coordinator like the media has been saying. Well I guess that makes Dante Scarneccia (sp?) the odds-on favorite to be new OC.

ESPN is reporting that the Buffalo Bills will release Drew Bledsoe today. If that happens, my bet is that he ends up back with Parcells in Dallas.
