theres alot of really good sketchbooks in the forums, and some amazing artists here. i get alot of influence and reference to figures and such.

 

Awesome sites, aesop2021 and gatodama! I always seem to have the worst time, locating pics to use for drawings, and these sites provide a banquet of images to choose from! I'm going to be visiting here a lot, I think! Thanks, people!

Arrg! no New Hope Images!! (well besides from that site gatodama gave called 'Apt Irrelevance') Besides that i cant find any decent - good quality New Hope images! can someone help me?

Oh sorry i cant contribue and add my own refrence sites.. but i can't really find any... i mean I found this site though i wouldnt reccomend it

My post has a link to a page with 51 Screencaps and 13 Promotional images of ANH. Your obviously not looking hard enough. [face_rolling_eyes]

You never mentioned high-resolution you just said good quality, a image can be good quality and be 100x100 pixels. The highest resolution promotional stuff you can find of ANH will be on that web site I posted. Back in those days they dident send out as much promotional material as they do now which is usualy the stuff that is in high resolution.

Btw (if you hadent already found this out) when you click the images on the web site I posted if you click "Bild in Originalgrösse zeigen" it will enlarge the image considerably. e.g....

Let me tell you, this is a great idea. For someone who does mostly image-editing with an editor on the computer, this thread is a life-saver.

This is the best site I have found for reference of Anakin, from all the movies. there are alot of Episode III pictures. There is also a huge section with Padme pictures.

omg! when its official no one posts. but when its "ilegal" 10 people post until its locked. honestly people, I need help here!

 

Jedi-master, there's a lot of freeware .GIF animation programs out there. Just run a google search for (shockingly enough) 'freeware GIF animators'. Or look through download.com. They're not that difficult to make, so if no one else has made any, you can give it a go yourself.
