At the request of Lierin, and at the necessity (and subsequent inability) to remove the 'post new thread' link from Ulkesh's personal screen :p I hereby create a thread for random and obnoxious stuff to go into!

That was hilarious. I can see a younger Anakin doing something like that to ObiWan in the Jedi Temple.

    SPAM!! ^_^

I think it prudent to post my raving review of Spamalot here.
...ok, less of a review than an OMGSPAMALOTYAY!!!

...for some reason though, I cant get the image of Sir Robin standing on a piano wearing a Yamaka and singing Hava Nagila, ROFL ^_^

    In any great adventure,
that you don't want to lose,
victory depends upon the poeple that you choose.
So, listen, Arthur darling, closely to this news:
    We won't succeed on Broadway,
If you don't have any Jews.

I wasn't thrilled with their Arthur (he was no Terry Gilliam or Tim Currey even) but everything else was AMAZING!!

    Patsey: well Sir, I'm Jewish!
Arthur: what?! we've been searching everywhere for a Jew and YOU'RE Jewish? Why didn't you tell me before?!
Patsey: well Sire, it's not exactly something you want to advertise to a heavily armed Christian, Sir

oh, and *spoiler*Lancelot totally marries the heir to Swamp Castle ROFLMFAO!!!!*/spoiler* that totally came out of nowhere! [face_laugh] so great ^_^

    His name is Lance-a-lot...

It's totally touring the US right now! Everyone who gets a chance to see it totally should. I mean, even if it comes to St. Louis, that's not a bad trek to see it!! (A few friends and me are going out to St. Louis to see Wicked again. It'll be SOOO NICE to buy my ticket in DOLLARS....

but yeah, on a totally unrelated note...St. Patty's Day is very much not a big deal in England at all. Maybe cause they oppressed the Irish for so long they don't care so much. I'm sure Ireland was a riot tonight tho (a few of us made it out there). I wonder how big it is in Scotland?

either way, I got to have a few drinks in a pub (legally)...so I'm happy ^_^ No Guiness tho - can't stand the stuff ;)

He likes to dance a lot

And wear tight pants a lot

    You know you do!

PS, I think Spamalot's coming to Louisville or somewhere nearish to here. Check ticketmaster, and failing that, google search

*dies* That'd be so great! Although it would be odd to not see it in England. You know...when the historian was giving his intro and was like "this. was. ENGLAND!" I was like "yep yep! most certianly, definitly is!!" and you could tell that the crowd thought the same thing. It was wierd, but very very awesome at the same time

so stacky tell me, did they import a totally british cast for american productions? or did the cast have to fake it the whole time?

Lol I'm pretty sure they faked it, but they did it well :p

Keep in mind, the original cast was on Broadway, and IIRC David Hyde Pierce and Hank Azaria are not British :p

So I'm sitting here explaining to a friend that St. Patty's Day isn't so big in England because it's a holiday celebrating

    1) a catholic saint
    2) the patron saint of a nation they've beaten down for centuries

and he suddenly yells "SNAKES ON AN ISLAND!" ... and I can't finish any thought except "omg I love you"

    oh, and spam!

That depends on where you're planning on driving from :p

The Beth and I are planning on possibly visiting Chicago, and I'm interested in seeing that show. I think the Beth might possibly be as well; I'll have to ask her.
