    Hooters girls could work!

No, no Tawney Kittaen, but I did meet Richard Sanders/'Les Nesman' one Thanksgiving at a Riverkings game.

"This just in, a Cincinnati shopping center has just been bombed by live turkeys, film at 11."

But I guess it just wouldn't be the same with him dancing on top of a Jaguar!

C'mon, Todd- don't hold out on us..!

Actually, if you've seen Tawny lately, it might be close. Truly sad, that.

    Yeah, kinda scary...

Sacrier thought- ME shaking it on top of that Jaguar!

Actually, before the 103 Vid with Leslie I was kidding her about doing a take off on the Whitesnake video for a commercial. :)~

Funny note about Leslie and Metropolis...

While I was at my table a guy came up to me and said, "Lin Workman...why do I know that name..?" I told him that it beats me. Then he said, "Wait, you're from Memphis, right- and you took the pictures of Leslie for the Rock103 site, right?!" Man, I take a trip trhu 4 states and someone recognizes me for that!

Back to TIMMYCON!- Kevin was talking to Steve Stanley on the phone. Steve had invited the two of us down to Atlanta to hang out and possibly check out DragonCon. We extended the same invitation for coming to Memphis and TC!2. Hopefully he'll be able to make it.

Guests are always good. Now, if only we could snag a SW celeb. (Yeah, like that's going to happen.)

Wonder how cheap Miles O'Keefe works nowdays? He's the closest thing to B-Movie Celebrity we have around these parts.

What about the orangutan in that Tarzan movie? He was very talented and got more action with Bo Derek!

Steve's done some Star Wars illustrations, and some work on some Star Trek plates. I'm hoping he can make it. The guy's work is fantastic!

I am going to try and talk my friends Dean and Jim into coming as guests. Jim worked on the Rogue Squadron, Aliens VS Predator, and Fantastic Four comics, and Dean has worked on Batman, Superman, Johnny Quest and more. Saw Dean at Batman Begins on Wednesday.

    ***SECRETS REVEALED***

Hey Lin BTW:Check your e-mail! LOL

I have re-signed the lease at the same location.

If Timmycon does not mind sharing -(HMMM) - I have acquired the Dollar Store (Next Door) for OCTOBER 29th (Hope that works for TIMMYCON?)

We will hold Kidz Day and TimmyCon on the Same Day!!

    (Should draw some folks?) LOL

I will give Timmycon 1/2 of the building (What 5k Sq Ft) (That enough?)

And Youth Villages will have the rest... (I hope you can all play well together>?)

Let me know if this will not work?

Hopefully this will allow you more table space and more exposure since it will be going on during Kidz Day? (That was my thought)
BTW: I mentioned I was letting you have it for FREE... :)

Well there you have my **SECRET PLAN**[face_dancing]
    Which ACTUALLY worked!
    =D=

It should give you plenty of room and you can go ahead and prepare for it... I'm not sure of the "EXACT" Square footage - but it should be twice or more of what you had last year...

I don't think Kidz Day will hinder - but might draw some extra traffic?[face_praying][face_money_eyes]

I am planning on being in town July 9th (If all goes well) and I should be able to let you in to gawk, gander and plan[face_thinking]

    Git Er Done[face_skull] - Here's a MTFBWY;) to TIMMYCON 2 -[face_peace]

Well, we had a couple hundred for TC! and a few hundred for Kidz Day last year...dang, together we're almost talking MSC #s here!

Yep, TC!2 will be bigger and better. We'll be able to use the parking in front of the building as well for any of the inflatables.

;) At first I thought I was insane...
    Then I realized [face_money_eyes]CAPTIVE AUDIENCE[face_thinking]

Kids w/ parents that Have $$$$$=P~
That might be a good combination for TIMMYCON!!!
At least I hope so or Tim will hunt me down
    [face_worried]

There should be plenty of room and w/ Ikelbarry's and the Dollar Store gone, there should be plenty of Parking!!!

You can put signage in the window front - (Whenever) Asap. To advertise the event.

Let me know if you need any info...[face_skull]

    Not sure...
We may want to stick to signage... But I guess we could do it and "remove it if he complained!!!"[face_thinking]

Actually do a Haunt Advertisement near our place (and a TIMMYCON) Advertisement on the other...[face_dancing]
I like it - and if someone asks [face_whistling] I did not know about it...[face_shhh]

Just for the record- we're doing both on Saturday the 29th. What are the times?

Todd, if you talk to Ken, ask him what the regs are on window displays in Bartlett- if any. It'd be easier and cheaper to paint something on the window than make/pay for signs.

They allowed a dollar store to lease the spot. Nothing can be tackier than some of the crap they sold. I don't see where we'd run into a problem.

We need to go ahead and start taking reservations for table space. Of course, just like last year: You bring the table, you get table space. That would be my first step for this year's TC!. Next, we need to start nailing down and confirming guests.

I'll get with the guys at the next MSCA dinner meeting and see who's in.

I know for sure Dave and I will have a Bushi Tales booth. I'll probably do a toy table as well. I'm sure Kevin and Muley will have a table. Antone and Adam both expressed interest. Depending on if we can get someone to watch an MSCA table.

I know we'll have an SMT table. Any SMTers want a table to sell/trade toys?

Anyone want to run a game?

    Lin
