I.E., CA Trip To Where Jabba's Sail Barge Scene Was Filmed March 8-9th With The SDSWS

This is a formal invitation to join the SDSWS on a trip out to Imperial Dunes March 8th-9th. You can go either day or both days. Some people are camping out on the dunes, others are wimping out (ME) and getting a hotel room in Yuma. Our guides are two members of the SDSWS who were actually there during the filming of the Sail Barge scene and they have a lot of great stories to tell. The set is actually still out there burried in the sand. One of the things currently up for discussion is the filming of a fun film while out there, so bring your costumes if you wish to participate in that. I hear the temperatures may be a little chilly out there this time of year, so bring a warm jacket as well. Here is the thread for discussion of the trip on the SDSWS forums:

Ok I think were are going up friday and spending the night at Kavics house and then heading out saterday morring. I havent ask Kavic yet if this is cool to do but I am sure we are going to find out really soon.
