Art Archive Wallpaper Competition - Jedi Order theme winner announced!

[u][b]Competition Rules:[/b][/u]

Wallpapers must be in one of these sizes...
640x480 | 800x600
1024x768 | 1152x864
1280x960 | 1280x1024
1400x1050 | 1600x1200

Each wallpaper must be on the theme chosen for the week.
Each person can only make [b]1[/b] wallpaper to be entered.
One week will be given for the making of the wallpapers and one week for voting.
At the end of the week the wallpapers will all be added to this first post so people will be able to view them easily.
Voting can happen through PM to me or in this thread.
After the week of voting the winner will be announced and a PM sent to them (if there is a tie HS will decide on a winner), the winner will then be able to chose the theme for next week if they wish to.
Due to the original 2 threads not turning out so well I hope to make this third time lucky. To get us underway and moving right away I'm going to take the wallpapers from the other thread and have them voted on and then move onto the next theme.

I must say with a sad heart that this is the first closing chapter in the Wallpaper competition, I've decided to let it go on hiatus for a while due to the hectic of real life. But do not fret followers, the wallpaper competition will be back, in time, more powerful than you could possibly imagine. ;)

Untill then, keep making great wallpapers everyone. :D

I vote for the Leia wallpaper. While I think they're all good, the layout, choice of images, and subject puts it a step above. I do feel that the one sketch images is slightly out of place on it, but not overly so.

Regarding the competition, given how slow these forums are, a month long or even two week voting submission periods might help with exposure & participation.

 

Leia, just cuz she's kinda hot for someone who could be my mum.

I vote for the Leia one too, but I really liked the first Darth Vader one.

New theme for this week: The Dark side of the Force. This can can encompass any and all genres and timespans and can be open to however anyone wants to interpret it.
So everyone get those programs fired up and get to work!

Here's mine. I wanted to break away from all the Darth Vaders and more common Sith, though I was very tempted to do Darth Maul.
