I've just been hit with realization! Perhaps the reason John hasn't shown us a picture of himself is because he is, in fact...

    [image=http://chuckberry.com/images/photogallery/large/009.jpg]
    Chuck Berry!

Well, maybe not, but he's one rockin' guy anyway! Maybe he doesn't play the guitar, but man does he know his random old television, movie, and toy stuff! What can one say of John's attitude except that he is refreshingly humourus and is in touch with his inner child. In honor of this outstanding aspect (and some others of his), I have written a techno song for him.

    Each . = 1 beat

    Johnny B. Watson

    *start catchy pulsing rhythym*

    *throw in random siren noise*
(repeat throughout song with 2 pitch changes)

    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
Come back, tiny man! You are small and toy-like!
    .
    .
    .
    .
I am *not* a toy, not a toy, not a toy toy toooooyyy
    .
    .
    .
    .
    What is that...
    What is that...
What is that toy on your head?

    .
    .
    .
    .
And you must think you're in a toy store...
in a toy store! Because you're shopping for an infant named Jeb!

    .
    .
    .
    .
    You just keep thinking-
    infant named Jeb!-
    that's what you're good at

    .
    .
    .
    .
    (building in tempo and sirens)
    .
    .
    .
    .
    Go Johnny
    Go Johnny
    Go Johnny
    Go, Go, Go!

    *guitar chord*

Hehe, thanks Rachel. That was quirky, but I enjoy that kind of thing. Like Jerry enjoyed cheese.

This reminds me of the great Johnny "Guitar" Watson (I've always pronounced 'guitar' as 'gee-tar' in this case).

Sadly, Johnny Watson died onstage around 1996. People thought it was part of the show.

Quirky, yes ;) But to know you really requires something that doesn't make complete sense, right?

That's too bad about Johnny "Guitar" Watson. Now I'm going to be forever convinced that you're his ghost or clone or son or not.

By the way, if you're curious this is me in a one time, candid shot. Drag and drop to see. It's about a year old.

Behind me, in that picture, was a man-made lake infested with sharks and other deadly marine predators! I am a total daredevil.

Very nice, John! I had been wondering what was behind that user name. :)

That man-made, shark infested lake looks suspiciously like the Shark Tank at the Ripley's Aquarium in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. :p

    Whoa! Good call, Kas

Sadly, I didn't get to make to to Dollywood during that trip. Or to any of the nightly ho-downs.

Oh, you mean that's actually where it was? Wow! I have a picture of me at the 'Pet a Horseshoe Crab' place there. I'll see if I can find it when I get home.

I had no idea you'd been there. We used to go to Dollywood everything Thanksgiving (the day after, anyway). We go eat at The Old Mill restaraunt every year. As you can tell, we go up there quite a bit, since it's so close to home. :)

I remember those horseshoe crabs! I picked one up, and this guy who seemed a bit mentally challenged started yelling at me, and telling me the crab would bite me. He didn't work there or anything, he was just freaking people out. He then followed me around for a while until I lost him in the gift shoppe. Like Kate said, all I needed was the fedora and I could have been touristy Indiana Jones.
