Buff, NY 2013 North Ridge Elections - Nomination Period - Closed

It is time again to close the year and look toward the new year. The group agreed to hold an election this year for the position of Diplomat. There are currently 5 Diplomats (Bryan, Elaine, Kathleen, Michelle, and Steve Lu). We will once again vote for 5 Diplomats.

Diplomats represent the group and tackle sensitive issues that may arise that need attention. They back up the President and Vice President in decision matters, and are another resource for members to share concerns with. This is an important leadership position within the group that also assists with checks and balances.

Members who have paid their dues and are in active status may hold this position as well as vote for their slate of Diplomats. If you are interested in running for this position, please post your interest. If you are nominated for Diplomat, but do not have interest in holding the position, please decline your nomination.

The nomination period is now open and will close November 30.
The Election Period will run from December 1 - 14. The results will be announced at the Holiday Party on December 15 and posted to the forums shortly after.

Since there are so many people willing to serve I'm withdrawing my acceptance of Bryan's kind nomination.
So nice that we have such a participatory group.
