lol...I am hoping that I don't forget to watch this...

I do watch "Ace of Cakes" from time to time...and find the employees of Charm City Cakes to be a group I would love to work with..

 

I remembered to watch...
wow...
would I love to see the inside of Skywalker Ranch...
for now, I will have to live vicariously through Duff Goldman...

 

I missed this as TFN was reporting the date of the episode as Friday, April 22 a date that does not exist in 2010. They should have reported Thursday, April 22. I had Friday in my mind based on their report. I'll have to wait for the rerun on the 27th.

Great episode!

The Ace of Cakes, is a fav of mine in general,
and
I can assure you based on other forums I visit,

these bakers/cake makers are mostly a bunch of Star Wars fanatics,
ie
Duff has a rack of light sabres (not sure now many)

It is heartwarming to see how much the cake artists, cared about
Star Wars and getting as much detail correct as possible,
like all the tiny differences between the animated Clone Wars,
and the feature film.........hard to write that without
tipping any spoilers that might be in this episode for someone.
