Wow, simply wow. He had so much going for him.

 

Very sad.
I feel like when Brandon Lee died.

 

Been tearing up since I Jon first got the email alert from CNN.
I'm crushed
Thinking of breaking out Roar in tribute tonight.

Me too. They were the same age too. I think if Brandon didn't die, he could've played Neo in the Matrix films (and done a better job too).

I was hoping to see Heath at WonderCon or Comic-Con to perhaps talk about Dark Knight. I wonder if they finished all his scenes or looping his dialogue. Nonetheless, I think more people will see the film now, much like The Crow with Brandon. My prayers go to his family and especially his young daughter.

 

This was surprising to be sure. I was never really familiar with him but became more interested when he became Joker, naturally. Quite sad indeed, he seemed like a very versatile actor. I sure hope they weren't planning on having the Joker in the 3rd Batman...

I heard on NPR that the police don't suspect foul play and that drugs were found next to him. If COD turns out to be what it looks like... Another Hollywood overdose.

 

Damn, one of the few "pretty boy" actors I actually liked AND had one who had talent... gone.... sucky.... he seemed like a cool down to earth actor too....

Jon read that they finished all of his parts in work in Batman. That's good at least.

I just picked up ROAR last week..loved it when it was originally on, and that's when I "discovered' Heath.

Knight's Tale just endeared him to me as I was very involved in the jousting community when it came out..and some of our guys did tech advising on the film.

Just sick about this. And like you, been tearing up all afternoon.

 

Heath was a name we considered for the youngest...he did end up with Galen as one of his middle names because of Roar.

 

The results of an autopsy haven't come back yet, but some facts to consider might be that he said a few weeks back he was having lots of trouble sleeping, and the pills they found next to his bed were sleeping pills. He might have pulled a Judy Garland and non-intentionally ODed.
