Madison, WI April Meeting

Well, is anyone going to be around for a meeting this month?

 

Let's start discussing a date, I'd like to attend since I've missed a few. Also Oddcon/Filmcon is the weekend of April 27th so I know Eric would love to see us all there.

Tell ya what, let's meet at Odd/FilmCon. And this idea is definitely winner winner chicken dinner.

 

Where is it being held again, and is there like an entrance fee? I can't recall if it was talked about the last time Eric was at the meeting.

 

Radisson West, And there is a fee to do the Odd/FilmCon stuff, but there's nothing that says we can't sit in the restaurant or lounge area as has been done before.

 

I'd love to be there to see you guys but I have no way to get there. Hope everyone has a blast anyway, if not I'll come down and kick everyone's ass

Yes, Filmcon is next weekend-April 24th-26th. Let me know by email if you can make it or not. This is a catchall letter...that's all. I would love to see people, and we have room for a meeting.

 

I won't be able to attend FilmCon as I have in the past, but I would like to drop in for a meeting if I knew when we were going to have one, that weekend.

All Friday and Saturday morning is shot for me. FYI

 

Let's aim for 1PM on Saturday. Meet by Basie's.

 

Eric said that he could have a room for us to hold our meeting. Just let him know when the meeting will be.

I'm pretty sure I can make it at 1PM Saturday
