MidSouth Arkansas fans?

i went to tinseltown for midnite showings of tpm and aotc.

 

I am from central Arkansas foks, Jacksonville. I was affraid I was the only Arkansan on this board. Glad to see more of you. Maybe we can get a good thread going here.


I have seen all the star wars movies, besides ESB, at the cenima 150. I was sad to hear it go shut down.

 

Any of y'all live close enough to have a meeting?

I am looking at Hot Springs right now. Little Rock isn't too bad of a drive. Byrdnest appears to live in Malvern, which is right next door. Not sure where everyone else is at the moment.

 

I'm going to UCA in Conway... which is a hop, skip and jump away from anywhere in Central AR.

 

That's the three we need to at least get a forum.

 

So what area would you guys want to cover?

Well, Little Rock would work since #1) it is the state capitol, #2) it is probably the most centrally located for the ones posting so far.

But, I'll go with how the majority feels.

Hey glad to see you guys are here Ive been hanging out with some of the Memphis Fan Force because I couldnt find anyone in Arkansas. My wife, my son and I all vote for Little Rock we live about 30min East of there so no big deal.

Actully Carlisle just 9 miles away. Do you live in this area or know someone that does.

My brother-in-law lives in Lonoke (works in LR) and his wife teaches kindergarten in Hazen.

I live in Hot Springs currently.

 

It is really awesome to know their are more Arkansans on this board. Little Rock, or North Little Rock is swell for me. They are like 10 minutes away from me!!

 

Little Rock would be great. Just 30 minutes away for me.

Of course, Conway would be better... but I'm not picky.

 

So it seems Little Rock is the winner. I'll start working on it.
