august meeting

i thought it would be best to start planning the meeting now,since we're probably meeting @ an earlier time

 

Can someone remind me when the next meeting is....because I totally wanted to come to this one and just straight up forgot about it. *cough* TJ. */cough*

if we stick with the third saturday,then the meeting should be on the 20thand since we agrred on an earlier time ,does anyone have any suggestions

if the time is is push back to 1;00pm not every one can make it. that why it is 500 pm cuz that is the time most of us get off work. if u hvae to come late that is fine just let us know. and it will be fine. lets stick with the basics for now. if this next meeting doesnt go well (i pray that people show) then we can try to change it for now lets leave it where it is
500pm at bam on the 3rd saterday. if the meeting flops like last time. then we will have to look at are options give it one more try we have tryed it twice. fist time 3 people showed up. the second time just 1 person showed up. let give it a third try.
does any one eles agree with me?

and plus i am not saying this to be mean. we just need to stick to a plan. and not be all hay wire.

 

Exactly right TJ. The main problem has been in the past that I have tried to conform to everyone's schedules and usually had no one show up, so the date is August 20 at 5pm at BAM. If it doesn't work, we'll discuss later, but everyone knows a month in advance.

 

why don't we try meeting twice a month? Then it's more of a regular habit and easier to remember...

oh and BTW I added the date to my leet calculator (CO*AXIAL the III [yeah I know I name everything])...which has a calandar and date manager. Force bless the TI-89...it's my hero.

I thought we actually had a thread around here for that stuff, but I guess I was mistaken. This is one reason why I can't wait to move to more of a Forum setup and not so much message board.

 

Yeah, no ofense to titanous personally...but could you stop posting new threads about things like which side of the force we like the best and what kind of training ect, it's clogging up the boards. Just keep posting stuff in the same thread and change the title if you have to.

Anyways, I vote for two meetings a month starting in september.

 

Yes, two meetings a month is a definite good idea, especially because I must be out of town again this coming weekend. I have to go home and take care of some stuff for my mom, but I know everyone else is going to be there so some things to do during the meeting:

Figure out the best dates and times for the meetings next month.
Plan some events and activities. Just a list of anything you guys can think of for us to do.

 

i really hope a lot of people will be there this saterday at 500

 

As do I. Hopefully, with school starting back up some of the older members will be back.
