Chance to get colors - see inside for details!

We're planning on giving several chances to win colors while you're in the house. The first one is happening now.

Create a banner for your home forum! This is Grimby's banner-making guide, and you can also check out the Comms banner thread. You have until Wednesday at 9 p.m. boardtime to complete your banner (you don't have to have a stylesheet to go with it). The winner gets 48 hours of colors.

I figured that one. I just wasn't sure if 'theforce.net' was needed. I have 'Jedi Council Forums' and 'Star Wars Community' so I'm good with the logo.

Haha yeah, I had a chuckle when I opened the forum to post this and saw your thread

 

I got my entry done. My neck is so stiff from staring at the screen and making sure the dimensions were exact according to that guide thingie. I can be quite OCD about things of the sort.

Thanks Nat. Despite the fact I got it done rather quickly, alot of work went into it. I've used the particular program(paint XD) for years so I have become rather good at getting things done quickly when motivated and especially when I have a set of guidelines.

Thanks Pathy. It's only the second banner I've ever made and you can probably tell that. I just wish someone else would enter.

 

Why? If you're uncontested you'll win.

 

I realize this. I just don't like winning by default. I'll accept it, if that's how it turns out, but I'd rather someone else have a chance at winning too, you know?

 

Yeah, I agree. Competition is much more exciting.

 

It's not the competition factor I want. It doesn't feel like I've done anything accomplishing by winning by default.

 

I wouldn't worry about it. There's plenty of time for more entries.
