Now we prepare for C4

G4 is a cable tv station. I recorded the episode it's two hours long. I haven't watched it yet though so I don't know how good it is.

Hi you guys that went to Comic Con. Who went to the Star Wars Fan Club breakfast? It sounds like you all had a blast there. I am so jealous that I did not get to go. What happened at the Fan Club breakfast. What special guests did they have? I recorded the G4 show about Comic Con. I can bring the tape or even copies of it to the meeting. Do we have a meeting place yet? Ok, I will stop with the questions now. Talk with everyone later.

 

Hi HC! The breakfast, like the rest of the CC, was great! Steven Sansweet went over the Rose Parade and such, then a rep from Hasbro showed the new light saber coming out in November. The blade comes completely down flush with the hilt and is spring loaded to pop-up and light at the same. Really cool!! Young Boba Fett was there, but didn't say much. Seemed rather shy. Would you make a copy of the G4 show for me and bring it to the meeting on the 5th? (Go here for meeting info) I'll bring a blank tape as a trade. The whole CC was terrific and so were all the folks I met from LA and SD fanforces!!

hello to all. comic con was awesome. will be posting pics soon. I took lots-o-pics. something for everyone. somewhere in between losing my cell phone and getting sick from the food I ate, I was able to get as many pics as I did. for anyone who hasn't gone, you HAVE to go for at least one day.

 

I'm so sorry you got sick! What an awful way to spend a day at Comic-Con. Sorry about your phone, too. I called at least a dozen times. Wanted to meet up for dinner with you guys. Glad you were able to enjoy the CC some dispite the circumstances.

Love the order of the pictures, HSF. First you've got Ray Parks, best known as the evil Sith Lord Darth Maul. Next is Hellboy, enough said. Then there's the picture of you getting busted. Something must have happened that wasn't pictured because in the next one, you're "saved"!

 

HERE is the link to my photobucket account. It's got all 121 pictures I took at the Comic-Con. Most are of the Con, but, of course, a few of my padawan and his friend are in there, too.

 

The Comic-Con was great. It was the 7th year in a row. I use to live is SD. I wish I had know about this forum earlier, I would have met one of you guys out there. I'll be there next year and for celebration IV in LA.
