I always wondered why no one in SW wears glasses...

I know I look much smarter now that I wear glasses.

EDIT: Like honestly, even if all their medical stuff is so high tech, you would expect for a couple poor people with no health insurance to be wearing glasses. Right?

 

I believe SW does have them, we just aren't used to the altered and superior conceptualization.

As for glasses, I'm still lucky in that I'm literally THE. ONLY. ONE. in my family who doesn't need them. 20/15 vision here

 

I am the only one in my immediate family who has never had glasses. My sister had corrective lenses when she was younger.

 

Evidently we both got lucky

 

yeah lucky you. I need glasses unfortunately.

 

I have to see an ophthalmologist once every year now for a full eye exam due to other health issues, but so far so good.

 

I had amazing vision, but somehow lost it. I just started wearing glasses like 6 months ago.

*Twists a strand of her hair* I don't do this irl but my character does on occasion. What personal habits does your character have if any?

 

That's the reason I wear my hair long and in a pony tail so I don't twist my hair.

 

*taps chin* Honestly I don't know...

(incidentally, that is something Lenea does...not sure Danny has a habit like that worked out yet)

Yeah, Miria and Dovey are very similar in some basic ways despite their VERY different upbringings.

 

Josch carries a flask of Erphaean Spiced Rum on his belt... he hasn't done it as much since becoming Grand Master... but he will occasionally take quick nips off of it or put it in his caf when he is stressed or homesick.
