Saga "Fall of the Republic"- Any Details?

    Has anyone ever read the "Fall of the Republic" outline that was supposedly the third episode in the prequel trilogy in 1990?



    I had never heard of it before I stumbled upon it but several of the parts of it fit pretty nicely with RotS. Does anyone know any more details of this or maybe an origin of the work?

    I read it back in college. I don't know anything about the origin, I presume it's essentially fanfic.
