Great idea. All the Celebration parties in the past have been great. Except for the one I went to in L.A.

 

I live in Gainesville, about 100 miles north of Orlando. I am looking forward to meeting everyone.

This will be my first Celebration convention also; I will schedule all events/parties as time approaches. I don't want to miss a thing! I've heard the good, the bad and the ugly of other conventions and basically, it's whatever you make of it. Over the years, I've been to tons of conventions and had the best of times at the worst.
Count me in!

 

I would love to come. It would be Myself, Husband, and three kids.

I am so excited. Cannot wait to meet all of you!

 

My kids aren't into "Star Wars" like mom, so they're all going to Universal Studio's to go to the new Harry Potter attraction. They're more into HP. I'm looking forward to gettin together with all of you at the Official Party. Need any help let me know.

Orlando has so many possible venues, especially in the touristy International Drive/Universal area. I'd be down for a gathering. Went to one of the CIII parties, but didn't do any at CIV because I was volunteering for Official Pix and had early days, and late nights....

 

Maybe we can make it a JC pool party so it'll be more like the Fig was last time.

I will go - as far as a place to meet, if anyone can find out how large the bar/pool areas are of the the hotels they are staying at and compare notes and then maybe just decide on one and that's where we can meet. We're talking how many people now, anyway?

D'oh. And now they just announced the Last Tour to Endor (see other thread) that night at Disney.

 

I bought my ticket for the Disney event. Could the Fan Force party be somewhere near Disney, so those of us going to Disney can stop by the Fan Force party too?

 

The FF party will be going on for several hours starting at 7ish so there should be time? The party will be close to the con center one way or another. What time does the Disney thing end?
