And now ... the host of Forum Feud ... DarthIntegral

    Thank you, Thank you ...

halibut, you and your team are the first to return from the qualifying round. I see most of you are still sporting your colors, and the pwn banner is still flying high over the Pancake and Waffle forum. Anyone you want to say hi to, today?

And, let's get this game started. harpuah, halibut, as team captains, you'll be going first. Please see your PM box for the first question. You have a maximum of 24 hours to respond. The one of you who responds with the highest ranking answer will get control of the board for your team. If you take longer than 24 hours to respond, you will forfeit your right to answer.

For this question, we surveyed 100 Americans. The top six answers are on the board ...

    1. __________
    2. __________
    3. __________
    4. __________
    5. __________
    6. __________

And the question has been PMed to the captains ...

Beating the post count will be little problem if the pre-sledging is anything to go by...

You guys are quick! What are the odds we finish this game before one of the ones that started well before it? :p

For this question, we surveyed 100 Americans. The top six answers are on the board ...

Name a sport that you can be out of shape and still succeed

    halibut: darts

    [image=http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d42/DarthIntegral/Forum%20Feud/strike.jpg]

Oh, not up there. Good guess, though.

    harpuah: Bowling

    1. __________
    2. __________
    3. __________
    4. Bowling___ 11
    5. __________
    6. __________

Not the best answer, but enough to give you control of the board. corran2, name a sport that you can be out of shape and still succeed ...

Having watched a few minutes of darts on Eurosport, I would have no doubt that they are about as out of shape as an athlete can be.

I'd also add that I get better at darts the drunker I am.

Rolls Royce should have been #1 on its own. Lexus being on the list at all is a farce. Who did they poll, Japanese car execs?

Admittedly, my views are probably locked a bit in my perceptions from my teenage years. I'd probably tend towards large cars (Rolls, Bentley, Mercedes, Jaguar) over sports cars (Porsche, Ferrari). When you look at the price tag of a Rolls or Bentley, or a top of the line Mercedes S class, they're really at a level where only a millionaire can buy one, well in excess of $100,000 (probably $200,000 these days. What does the top of the line Lexus cost, somehwhere between $50,000 and $70,000? Not chump change, but something I many upper-middle -class people in the US can afford.

And it was ridiculous that the answers were by corporate group rather than car brand. Rolls and BMW are in the same group, but to lump them together in that was is absurd, and I doubt the people polled did so.
