Prairie freezing rain sucks

yep, it does.

 

I can only agree with that. And it's rather puzzling too when you're not used to it.

 

I've just gotten snow for a while, so I'm lucky (if you call it that).

 

we got freezing rain before we got dumped on with all this snow.

 

Yeah, all this stuff just came out of nowhere, didn't it?

Bad news is, if it keeps up, we're not going to regionals because the roads would be too bad.

 

I hate to break it to ya, but it looks like more snow is on the way

The roads are ice today, from all the freezing rain we got overnight.

 

Bah! At least I've still got until the 17th for it to clear up

 

7 days then. Let's hope it clears up. Some of the snow and ice is gone, but there is still quite a bit there.

 

But I hear that if we don't go, we're gonna do a few more shows in town instead.

Well, anyways it turns out we won (overall best play. I got a couple of individual awards), so we're going to provincials in May. This means missing more school. Yay.
