AFSnumbers: How is your friend holding up today? I've been hoping he is surrounded by distractingly loving people.

Unrelated and far more shallow & self-serving:
Armen- Bynum now has problems with his OTHER knee! And he did to himself... bowling... [face_party]

I'm will to bet that even by doing that, Bynum is a far better bowler than me... I've never bowled over a 90.

He's trying to take care of his partner's mother--which is what he does, he takes care of people, I'm just hoping he remembers to take care of himself. His sister and mom are around as are several other friends; I'm across the state at the moment but I'm headed that way over Thanksgiving.

    Thank you for asking. :)

LANDO_ROCKS: It's my favorite Star Wars movie, hence my user name.

The good news is that Jason Richardson has been a monster for us since we picked him up, too. And Jrue Holiday is moving into pole position on the Assists Stat-sheet.

While our star center goes bowling and has never worn our uniform, once...

    It's a very close second -

    ESB
    ROTJ
    ANH
    TPM
    ROTS
    AOTC

That's the beauty of the films I guess, everyone has their preference list and it's almost always different.

I always find it interesting to see how people rank the films, it tends to vary a lot more than in other series of movies.

Well, often in other series the sequels are conceptualized as the situation evolves. By contrast, in a loose sense the OT was always a trilogy, and certainly the PT was, so the usual laws of sequel rot don't apply too much.

    Oh, and ANH=ESBā‰„ROTJ>ROTS>TPM>AOTC.

I always find it cool to find out what other people my age see it (33). For me it's ESB, Jedi, ANH, ROTS, Clones, TPM

I almost agree with that order Ramza, but I would switch ROTS and TPM.

Finally enjoying being able to watch the Lakers on television again... but I won't go on about that, because nobody cares. :p My SW film rankings:

    1) ESB
    2) ROTS
    3) ANH
    4) ROTJ
    5) TPM
    6) AOTC

The ending (Special Edition, 2004 DVD release) celebration at the end of Jedi still gets me teary eyed, and whenever I've got something to celebrate in my personal life or to celebrate a Lakers or Dodger major triumph, I always think of that score by John Williams from that sequence.

Though I do very much love the films, I didn't want spend $$$ on a Blu Ray player just to get that set... I'm perfectly happy with my DVD setup.

It's like old times, there's even people bashing the EU. :D

Going to go wake up the EUDF, maybe get myself a few more medals. It's been a while since I wore my Lieutenant's bars
