I just signed up and new to these boards. I'm 29 years old and live in E. Greenwich RI. I love the Star Wars films and can't wait for Ep 3 to be released!!!!

Hi! I was recently welcomed, too and I agree, everyone seems very friendly. I was born and raised in R.I. and I think it's great to be able to be in touch with Star Wars fans back home. I happen to be fan of the old and new and expanded universe. I think it all works together, "from a certain point of view".

yeah i really like how close ewan sounds to alec guiness!! he really is one of the best things about the prequels, in my opinion.

We'll just have to see at Celebration 3, Huh?!!!If any of you are going, I'd love to meet some of you. Starwarschick14 and I had a lttle bit of trouble meeting up in San Diego, but I think things will work out better next time.

Believe me, I know about the money thing!!!! I just got really lucky and I don't live too far away.(I live in Wisconsin). I plan to use part of my income tax to pay for it and I already reserved a room within walking distance a couple of months ago. I don't need anything fancy when I won't even be in the room 99.9% of the time anyway. I also have vacation time that I'm saving for that and I'll have to miss some time out of school. I'll be studing Digital Art & Animation at that time(2nd semester). Anyway, you'll just have to see if you can save for a different one. I'm sure Starwars.com will have some of it on Hyperspace,too and you could view some of it there. I know it's not the same, but it's still cool anyway...I would be happy for that myself.

...and I have a theory about money. I think we should just get rid of it and go back to the barter system!!!!Seems that people were a lot happier, less stressed out and relationships were more solid and focused. Anyway,where I work, some of my customers agree and some don't, but...it's always good for a smile and makes you think!!!And I'm all for that!!!
