    Unfortunately I think they are being deliberately vague. But the ball is entirely in their court :)

    I believe it was, no response came of it. In any case it is not that people seem to offer it is getting them to follow through with it that is the problem. It is one thing to say yes I will do that but another to get them to do it. So if you have promised to help in one regard make sure that you do. Quickest way to loose friends doing that.
